Pokemon Y - I'm in Frost Cavern yesterday night

I'm in Frost Cavern by that Icy Cave and this is where I started last night or last two days ago. I hope I could battle those foes from the previous towns to raise the levels my Charmeleon who is at level 28 and Aerodactyl who is at level 30 while the main party members of my Pokemon are level 62 since the Ice Type's weakness is Fire Type Pokemon.
