Kristina and MLP:FiM Kristina's Discord part 4

(Later somewhere in Ponyville Marketplace...)

Me: (is now deflated, walking with Spike, Twilight and Fluttershy to find Discord here) Discord!

Discord: Oh! Madame Kristina! What are you doing here?

Me: We found you in this marketplace and we just wanna talk to you.

Discord: Why, certainly. What would you like to talk about?

Me: Twilight and Fluttershy told me that you made a Pinkie Promise about not to use your powers during the rest of my visit in Ponyville since you're afraid of hurting mine and others' feelings.

Discord: What? Is that the truth, Twilight?

Twilight: (chuckles nervously) Um... yes.

Discord: Is that all?

Me: But you do need your powers for good purposes.

Discord: Oh, really? Name one way my powers can be used for good.

Me: To fight bad guys and protect this entire world from evil forces. Even Chrysalis.

Discord: Well... Chrysalis isn't around, but that's a good point. Name another.

Me: Also, to create something entertaining in the party where Pinkie hosted. You're good with such abracadabra stuff like you made Gummy disappeared and make him reappeared.

Discord: But Pinkie is already-- now when did I do that?

Me: You know, I welcome you to my birthday party anytime.

Discord: Hmm... that's a thought.

Spike: Or... your powers might be used to save somepony's life!

Me: Yeah! That's right.

Discord: Hmm... that could be true... sorry, but I cannot condone any of those things. As I said before, I have to keep my Pinkie Promise; no harm, no problems, no exceptions. (a galloping sound is heard) What's this? (suddenly, Pinkie Pie zoomed up, sandwiched between Twilight and Fluttershy)

Pinkie: Did somepony say "Pinkie Promise"?!

Discord: Oh, why, hello there, Pinkie!

Pinkie: And a good day to you as well, Discord.

Me: Pinkie, he wasn't talking about you or such "Pinky Promise". (indicating Pinkie Pie) He was meaning about "pinky" promise. (as I point my pinky finger)

Pinkie; Kristina, that's not how it works, silly. If whoever "he" is made a Pinkie Promise, he'd go like this: Cross my heart and hope to fly, stick a cupcake in my eye! You know that!

Me: Yeah, but he needs his powers for good purposes.

Pinkie: Why? Is "he" a unicorn? (awkward silence) But seriously, who are we talking about?

Spike: We were talking about Discord.

Pinkie: WHAT?! (pushing Twilight and Fluttershy beside her) Discord made a Pinkie Promise?! I have a hard time believing that.

Me: (look at Discord) Look, I'm really sorry for yelling and got mad at you for your magical pranks. I shouldn't treat you this way!

Discord: Well... I'll forgive you... but I won't break my Pinkie Promise.

Pinkie: (jumps between you and Discord) Sorry, Kristy, but I'm gonna have to side with Discord on this one. He can't use his powers after making a Pinkie Promise like that.

Discord: Exactly. Now if you'll excuse me, I have to head to Sweet Apple Acres to prepare a meal.

Me: *sighs sadly* Then, I'm going for a tour without you, Discord. Sorry since you're stuck with Pinkie Promise. (walks away sadly alone)

(Later at Cutie Mark Crusaders' Clubhouse...)

Me: (arrived to it so I climb up this ladder and sat down on the edge, putting my elbows on laps and my hands on my cheeks) <B(

Scootaloo: (walking inside the clubhouse) Hey, Sweetie Belle. It's that human girl Rarity and Rainbow Dash were talking about. (sees how down I am) Gee, something's bugging her.

Sweetie Belle: Maybe we should cheer her up. (both of them walk up to me) Um... hi.

Scootaloo: Hey. What's up?

Me: Hey, Scootaloo and Sweetie Belle. Where's Apple Bloom? The younger sister of Applejack that she told me about.

Scootaloo; Oh, she's having lunch with her family.

Sweetie Belle: What's wrong?

Me: It's just Discord. He has a Pinky Promise from Pinkie Pie that he will never uses his powers. You know, no harms, no problems and no exceptions. I told him that he did need his powers for good purposes than evil and mischief, but now, he can break this promise and forbidden to use his magic.

Scootaloo: Discord? Oh, like the statue!

Sweetie Belle: We don't even know who that is!

Applebloom: (enters the clubhouse) Hiya, girls! Just got back from lunch! Mm-MMM, that Discord fella sure makes a tasty apple blossom sandwich! (sees me) Hey, you must be Kristina, the human girl Applejack told me about. Howdy!

Me: (smiles slightly) Howdy, Apple Bloom. <8)

Apple Bloom: Hey, somethin' the matter?

Me: (whispers to her ear)

Apple Bloom: Oh, having trouble with Discord, huh? Hey, maybe Zecora can help.

Scootaloo: Zecora?

Apple Bloom: If anyone can help, Zecora can.

Me: Maybe.

Apple Bloom: Follow me if you want, Kristina; I know the way.

Me: Okay.

(Later in the Everfree Forest...)

Me: (walking with the Cutie Mark Crusaders) Are there any monsters here?

Apple Bloom: Don't worry. The monsters are deeper in.

Me: Like Manticore or Cockatrice?

Apple Bloom: Oh, those are deeper in.

Me: (shrudders and my torso twitched a bit)

Apple Bloom: (sees Zecora's hut) Oh, we're here! (runs out) Zecora! Zecora, where are you?

???: (booming voice) Of your presence, I am aware! But I must ask... WHO GOES THERE?

Me: It's us, Cutie Mark Crusaders and I'm Kristina, Zecora!

(Then, Zecora comes out)

Zecora: (turns toward me) If it's all the same... how do you know my name?

Apple Bloom: She just knows. (whispers to Zecora) Kind of creepy, if you ask me. (out loud) Anyway, Kristina here ain't a Cutie Mark Crusader; she's my guest.

Me: Yes, Zecora. Twilight and her friends told me all about you before.

Zecora: I see. Then follow me.

(Inside Zecora's hut...)

Apple Bloom: Nice place, isn't it, Kristy?

Me: Yes, with several antique Tiki masks around.

Zecora: Now, Kristina, something is troubling you. Tell me, and we shall see this through.

Me: It's Discord who promise not to use his powers by Pinkie Promise and it's a long story. But I need him to use his powers for good purposes.

Zecora; Oh... I see why that would cause you such a fuss, but one thing at a time we'll be able to discuss. Now, this "Pinkie Promise" which had caused you to moan; Discord has made that promise... all on his own.

Me: What? But I apologize to him for treating him harshly after I yell at him for pulling pranks on Twilight's friends, except me and Fluttershy.

Zecora; This was before the apology you have told. I will show you-- behold. (holds out a full teacup and an image of Discord appears)

Discord: Can't that woman take a joke? What did I ever do to deserve such treatment? Well, I am an embodiment of chaos, but I managed to make friends with these ponies! Can't she treat me as an equal? Fine, then! She doesn't want any tricks; I'll show her. (heads toward a mirror) I will not use any more of my powers for the rest of Kristina's visit. (puts an "X" on his chest) Cross my heart... (flaps his wings) Hope to fly... (holds a cupcake) Stick a cupcake... (puts it in his eye-socket, where it turns into his eyeball) In my eye. (the image disappears)

Zecora: Now do you see, I'm sure you do, why Discord was so upset with you?

Me: Hard to say, but I did apologize to him and decide to let him to tricks for good purposes during the rest of my visit until now he promise himself. I didn't know I treat him differently.

Apple Bloom: Well, I know one thing; you sure don't treat us ponies that way. But we gotta do something about this.

Me: But...But I did treat Mane 6 and other ponies as my friends and family, all except Discord that I feel bad for not treating him as an equal friend since he is still a villain of chaos and even before he was reformed. He needs to break his own promise so he can use them for good purposes and I will treat him as a new part of my family with friendship and love.

Zecora: That sounds a good motive, though... how do you plan to make him do so?

Me: I dunno. Something that will prompt him to change his mind and get him to save me by using his powers from any monster that will attack or kidnap me. Hey! How about let the Diamond Dogs get me if I pretend to be a jewel searcher like Rarity and Spike? I think I'll make a deal with them.

Apple Bloom: Uh, I don't know. Sweetie Belle told me that Rarity told her that the Diamond Dogs are pretty much unreasonable-- easily convinced, maybe, but unreasonable.

Me: Let's just say that they are pretty greedy for jewels and riches. It would be nice to offer them food with such generosity and kindness in order to make a deal with them and I'll pretend to be their human slave.

Apple Bloom: But you can't sell yourself to slavery! That'd be wrong!

Me: I know it is wrong, but I have to do it to prompt Discord to break his promise and let him use magical powers. If Discord saved me from the Diamond Dogs, I'll give them some food which are meat and steaks from my house to "release" me. That was a deal I made for them.

Apple Bloom: Well... just the same, I think I might have a better idea. (heads toward the door) So long, Zecora! Thanks for the help!

Zecora: Be careful, Kristina, for whatever you choose, to break a Pinkie Promise, Disocrd might refuse!

Me: Or maybe if I treat him with love.

Apple Bloom: Say... that sounds better than what I was going to suggest. You should try that.

Me: Yes, even though I felt too embarrassed to treat myself like a date to Discord or whoever am I supposed to be.

Apple Bloom: You don't have to; just treat him like you would treat anypony. You know what they say; "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you." Sweetie Belle told me Rarity said that once.

Me: And what will he do if I get a real knee injury and paper cut on my finger?

Apple Bloom: Um... that sounds too common, but sooner or later, he'll have to break his promise.
