Clever Wars - Abba-Gon Jinn the Jedi Master

Abba-Gon Jinn is the main character of the prequel trilogy, Clever Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace. He is a wise and powerful Jedi Master and the mentor of Achishalom Kenobi. Unlike other, more conservative Jedi, he values living in the moment as the best way to embrace the Force. While some Jedi respect him highly, others are puzzled or even discomforted by his unorthodox beliefs. He is not a member of the ruling Jedi Council despite being among the most powerful of the Jedi. Abba-Gon strongly believes that there is good in all people and that nothing happens without a reason.

The Phantom Menace opens with Abba-Gon and his Padawan Achishalom sent to the planet Naboo to resolve a political conflict involving the Trade Federation, a corrupt business conglomerate that has blockaded the planet for political leverage. After they are attacked by their host, the Jedi retreat to the planet and rescue its besieged Queen, Amirah Amidala the Lioness and her one year younger adopted sister; Pamela Amidala the Poodle. Their attempt to run the blockade and make way for the galactic capital of Coruscant succeeds, but Amidala's ship is damaged and is forced to land on the backward planet Tatooine for repairs. This planet is where the young-looking adult Mouse Queen ruled with her Jawa minions.

While searching for replacement parts on Tatooine, Abba-Gon discovers a 9 year old male slave English Foxhound puppy named Adam Colewalker, who is extraordinarily strong in the Force; a test of his blood reveals that his midi-chlorian count--a measure of Force potential--is one of the highest ever detected. Abba-Gon's concern is heightened when Adam's mother tells him that the boy had no father. Realizing Adam might be the "Chosen One" of Jedi lore, Abba-Gon bets Adam's freedom and the spaceship parts on a podrace, which Adam wins. The entourage leave Tatooine, but not before Abba-Gon is attacked by an unknown Sith Empress, who is repelled. Returning to Coruscant disturbed, Abba-Gon urges the Jedi Council to allow Adam to be trained in the Jedi ways. Master Plada (portrayed by hectorvonjekyllhyde's OC named Fontlaroid the Platypus) the parody of Master Yoda senses fear and anger in the young Adam, and the Council refuses Abba-Gon's request. Abba-Gon then vows that he himself will train Adam when Achishalom becomes a Jedi Knight.

The Council bids Achishalom and Abba-Gon return to Naboo to liberate the planet. There, the pair are confronted by the Sith Empress from earlier, who reveals herself as Empress Eukene. After an arduous lightsaber duel, she kills Abba-Gon but is slain in turn by Achishalom. Abba-Gon asks Achishalom to train Adam with his dying breath, which Achishalom accepts to the chagrin of the Council. Abba-Gon's body is cremated in a traditional Jedi funeral.

He is a brown Maltese dog and is voiced by Ian McKellen.
